Peter Zussman graduated from Oxford Brooks University and
joined a leading consulting practice working on a number of
prestigious projects in London. In 1989 Peter formed Zussman
Bear with his close Australian colleague Colin Bear.
Peter has a depth of experience in all aspects of building design and takes full active role and design responsibility on all key projects.

Scott Searle has been with Zussman Bear for seven years and is
responsible for all aspects of technical design and information
management.
Scott has an in-depth knowledge of drafting and deals with production of construction details and issue of technical information. Scott also handles the day to day running of the office and provides assistance to our clients.

Robert Sheppard received his Masters Degree from South Bank
University and joined Peter 10 years ago to set up office in
Newbury to pursue a variety of projects primarily outside London.
Robert is currently undertaking his PhD research investigating in
the stability of old retaining walls constructed along railway lines in
central London.
Robert has considerable knowledge in complex engineering design and has helped leading engineering software designers to improve and update their products.
