The Square – Teddington

The complex was constructed in the 1970’s for the employees of a major oil company and the estate included 5 individual 3 storey blocks.  The construction was in loadbearing masonry and insitu reinforced concrete floor.  Comprehensive refurbishment was undertaken to remodel the external cladding by introduction of larger opening and total remodelling of the internal layout involving removal of major loadbearing walls.
