Marlborough Road – Richmond

Total refurbishment was carried out throughout this house including a complete support of the main rear elevation wall and construction of a new rear extension.  The works also included removal of a number of internal loadbearing walls and design of a cantilevered stair linking the lower ground floor to the ground floor level.
