Chesterfield Street – Mayfair

The building had not been touched since it was originally constructed.  The work here involved a total refurbishment and modernization of the building together with the construction of a mansard roof and reconfiguration of all the internal layouts.  Due to many complications with the neighbours, the mansard roof was designed such that the party walls were not in any way disturbed.
