Hamilton Terrace – St Johns Wood

This was a very large basement construction formed under the entire garden of this house that was linked to the original basement of the main house.  A large swimming pool was constructed along the length of the basement and the rest of the area was used as a gym and a cinema room.  The external walls to the basement were formed as contiguous bored piles and the garden deck was designed to accommodate planting.
