Church Street – Kensington

An existing two storey mews house was demolished and a new four storey house including a basement was constructed from loadbearing brickwork.  A thin metal deck reinforced concrete floor and various steel cranked steel beams were used to provide a maximum floor to ceiling height for a spacious interior accommodation.
