St Johns Road – Richmond

The basement construction of the new house was formed with metal sheet piles and a puddle flange that was welded to the base of the metal piles was buried into the concrete slab to provide a very efficient and completely sealed water proofing system.  This was also a very quiet and efficient method of construction is a densely populated residential area.
