Broom Road – Teddington

The building was constructed as a reinforced concrete frame with flat slab and insulated block cladding to provide contemporary residential accommodation. Foundation was a reinforced raft with concrete retaining walls. Extensive glass balustrade was used throughout with glass box bay projections.
