Gilston Road – Chelsea

The basement construction on this project was formed under the entire garden and a link was created to connect this area via a new a tunnel to the main house.  The new underground room was used as a cinema and gym.  The external walls of the basement were formed as contiguous bored piles and the main house was underpinned locally against the face of the new basement.
